Elly is approaching 4 months and I'm starting to notice that it's taking longer to get her down for bed. She was sick for a few days so she slept with me and nursed in bed at night...I was so scared that I had ruined my awesome sleeper! She's back in her crib now though, whew.

I don't think we ever had any so I always find it confusing to hear about them. Maybe I missed something! Oh well, she is almost a 2.5 yo now so I guess we survived them!

We had a growth spurt week right at 12 weeks and things were rough. Then got better for a few weeks and at 3.5 months got progressively worse. We moved him go his crib and have swaddle weaned. So he's 4 months and sleep has been bad for almost 3 weeks.....

typically it's 4 and 9. Charlie hit one at 4 months, although it started before then.. it just got much worse at 4 months. He was fine through 9 months though.

olive sleep got worse at 4 months too, but we nap trained at 8 months so she never had a 9 month regression either.

It seems that some people's are very different. I was told there was a 3 month sleep regression and DS hit his regression like the day he turned 3 months!! But all the ladies on the May Babies board said they babes hit the regression right at 4 months, and I've seen talk on the boards that there is a 4-month regression.

I've heard it goes in threes - 3, 6, 9, 12. Thankfully DS never hit a 6 month regression,it may be because we sleep trained thru it.

Anyhow, my dr told me more than likely he'll go thru a 9 month regression.

When were your baby's regressions?
