LO was waking every couple of hours and needed her pacifier replaced. We sleep trained at 4.5 months and she started to consistently STTN. Life has been much better since then. He was also fighting going down at that time. He wouldn't go down without being rocked for an hour or more. We started sleep training when I got frustrated one night. Now it's during his naps that he fights sleep. The first time I was really tired was when I went back to work, went to school full time and was a single mom. Now that I'm a sahm again, I'm just tired because I'm pregnant with a 5 year old...which I know is nothing compared to being pregnant with a toddler! For some reason this month has been difficult. I actually find it really hard when your baby teases you with STTN and then goes back to waking a few times a night. He's not quite crawling but he's very mobile so I'm chasing him around a lot. He's teething like mad so he's cranky and wants to be held. He was STTN for a bit but now he's up every 2 hours (again, I blame the teeth). I'm exhausted by the time DH gets home. She's 15 weeks old and really fighting getting down to sleep, as well as waking up twice a night for feeds instead of sleeping through like she used to do. I'm sooo, soooo crazily tired. Will I ever sleep properly again? Someone please tell me I will! Lies are fine, just give me something to hang on to, ha ha : )
