Unfortunately, it was right before we were due to travel for almost two weeks (and included attending his grandmother's memorial, so absolutely not a trip we could cancel). Fortunately, E never got sick, but D and I probably went through 6 bottles of Day/Nyquil. I'm still surprised that E was able to sleep at all, given how much coughing was going on in our hotel room at night. D and I tag-teamed sleeping and parenting. There is something going around for the past month or so and I was waiting for it to get me, but nothing happened. Stupid immune system. ;) I never get sick and wish I could use my sick days. ;) I know I should be grateful for my great immune system. Anyway, I'll probably take some 'mental health' days when I start IVF cycle. </p>
