Since the old 8pm will now be 9 pm, that's too late for me to have the girls awake. I need some time with them in bed so I can wind down--so I guess I'll incrementally try to move up her bedtime till it's at the new 8pm. Right now, DD1 doesn't usually fall asleep until 9 (she "reads" in her room starting at 7:30 but just can't wind down or fall asleep until 9). DD2 has to go to sleep at 6:30, 7 at the latest. I need them to be in bed by 8pm. It's a mental and marriage health issue for me. DH goes to bed around 830. LO2 is in bed by 7:15/30 but LO1 takes a lot longer to wind down and fall asleep (closer to 8:30)...so I'm a little lost on how I should adjust things, if at all. I think starting routine and not being in bed until 8:30-9:00 is a little too late, but maybe I'm just being selfish with my much needed me time. </p>
