We're going to have to slowly adjust back down. Since the old 8pm will now be 9 pm, that's too late for me to have the girls awake. I need some time with them in bed so I can wind down--so I guess I'll incrementally try to move up her bedtime till it's at the new 8pm. There's no way my low-sleep-needs kid will willingly go to bed early.

Dd1 will stay the same 7:30, she's pretty adaptable

I'm looking forward to time change for dd2, right now she's sleeping 6:30-6:30 but I would love for it to be 7:30-7:30!

This is kind of stressing me out. Right now, DD1 doesn't usually fall asleep until 9 (she "reads" in her room starting at 7:30 but just can't wind down or fall asleep until 9). DD2 has to go to sleep at 6:30, 7 at the latest. No idea how I'm going to handle the time change this weekend.

I think we're leaving it for now and see how it goes... We really just transitioned to 1 nap so I don't think she can stay up for much longer.

DD goes to bed at 6 and DS at 7:45. So her bedtime will switch 7 and we will leave him at 7:45. He should adjust after a few days.

It's very possible that I'm being selfish too (lol) but I don't plan on changing anything. I need them to be in bed by 8pm. It's a mental and marriage health issue for me. DH goes to bed around 830. I really value those few minutes that we can say whatever we want to each other wit no listening ears.

Will it stay the same, or will you adjust it?

Right now the girls head upstairs to read and wind down around 7:00pm. LO2 is in bed by 7:15/30 but LO1 takes a lot longer to wind down and fall asleep (closer to 8:30)...so I'm a little lost on how I should adjust things, if at all. I think starting routine and not being in bed until 8:30-9:00 is a little too late, but maybe I'm just being selfish with my much needed me time.
