Maybe try pumping a little, but not emptying the breast? Or getting LO to switch from the first side to the second before he's emptied the first?</p> <p>Of course, this is tricky because you don't want to get a clogged duct. Mine never take quite that long to adjust, but I think my milk supply adjusts pretty quickly (maybe faster than normal). It's been over a week and they still runneth over when he wakes up to eat. Will they eventually catch on and stop producing so much at night? </p>
