If i did, I'd like to say I would make them wait until high school. I'd probably be flexible though and allow it in 7th or 8th grade. I remember how mean girls can be and I wouldn't want her to be made fun of for being the only one not wearing make up. My mom wouldn't let me shave my legs until I was 13, and everyone else that I knew started before me. I was in a lot of sports and I was always so, so embarrassed to show my 'hairy' legs.
