I also didn't get the price decrease. My daughter did a bit of BLW so she has great finger grasp but isn't so great with a spoon (unless you want her to make a big mess). My son actually got moved before he was walking because he needed the motivation of the other walkers since he was the oldest one left in the infant room and was content to crawl. So around 10 months when she was mobile she moved to the older half of the room.
