Have you been using steam and saline solution?
I would definitely call and talk to the pedi and explain everything and see what they say

Exactly what you said ... with the sinus stuff you experienced, I'd be a little worried, and even consider having her ears looked at. The lack of fever is promising.

Also, are you using a humidifier in the house? That can help with congestion.

I just took my LO2 who is almost 3 months in because he has been snotty for ages and now has a cough. Doc said it's all fine, but to keep an eye out for wheezing or a fever. Poor second children... It's always good to check.

Deleted because I saw the age of the kiddo! Id take her, but be prepared for the possibility of many tests.

I'd take her on based on age alone. Poor little sweetie.

At work we usually advise parents to have it checked out after 14 days to rule out a sinus infection, allergies, etc. A normal cold/runny nose can last that long.

@ShootingStar: I would take her in; it's had time to run its course, and its affecting her eating and sleeping. I hope she feels better soon!

It never hurts to take her in if you think its lingering a bit longer than it should. I usually let things run their course but if she's congested enough that she can't sleep it might be worth getting an opinion to see if her ears or sinuses are infected!

I'm curious at what point (if any) I should worry about my DD's runny nose. The entire family got sick starting on Thanksgiving (over 2 weeks ago now). DH and DS are now fine. DD and I are still sick, but I had a sinus infection that I got antibiotics for 2 days ago.

She's had a really runny and stuffy nose for at least 10 days now. It's affecting her sleep and her ability to eat. She's close to 4 months old and hasn't had a fever.

Usually for a cold I just let it run it's course. With a 3 year old I'm used to these things being ever present. But now that I'm on antibiotics and starting to feel better and she's still having issues I'm wondering if I should have her seen at the ped? Is there a chance it's an ear infection that's making this last so long?
