Though it sucks, especially if you were JUST barely meeting your quota beforehand! While you're sick, try to drink more liquids and pump extra so your body knows not to start slacking! Always always!!! Usually about a week after I'm feeling better, I'll notice my supply is back up to normal! And while I'm sick, I just pump pump pump extra to get the amounts I need!
