If he's upstairs, I have to go to the bottom of the stairs for him to respond. His dad and brothers are the exact same, so either they've tuned women out over the years (MIL can be a bit naggy) or they all have terrible hearing. The alternative is to ask what your SO needs, and then decide whether or not it's worth it for you to go.</p> <p>When you call for your SO, do they come right away (or as soon as they can)? Or do they ask you what you need? Or haha, do they just not hear you. :-)</p> <p>What about vice versa? </p>
