<description>&#60;p&#62;Crossfits philosophy is full range of motion so I do a modified push-up that starts laying down and ends in a full plank.  I usually push up to my knees and then straighten them at the end.  I do find that my back hurts whe. Doing push-ups so I avoid them often times.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I do real ones.  In crossfit, if you cant do &#34;real&#34; pushups you do plank arm raises, not pushups from your knees.  The former helps you build the strength to get to a regular pushup.
