It's just EASIER to give a bottle when i am out because i don't have my couch, my pillow, my quiet room. I got it back up, but now it's happened again just because two nights in a row, DH gave a bottle and i only pumped the second night. I also gave a bottle a couple of times during the day this past week when we were out and I didn't pump to compensate. I guess I am learning that the "break" I get from DH giving a bottle, or the convenience of it when we are out during the day, is not really much of a break or convenience because I still have to pump! I am pumping now in an effort to get my supply back up, sigh. </p>
