I just tell her around when he will need to eat again and maybe what types of food. </p> <p>When we do finally get a babysitter I think I'd leave a rough schedule of sleep times and eating times. Little things like "close the closest door before nap" is important to her because she cries if they're open, and when she is crying whoever watching her wouldn't know why because she wont tell them and just sit there and cry. Sometimes you have no clue what odd little routines kids have latched onto and it is nice to have a bit of guidance in how the lo would like things done. Odds are she will skim your notes and then just refer back to it if they have a problem but that works!
