Venti means 20 in Italian, but the Venti iced coffees are 24 ounces (turns out that the hot ones are 20 ounces). I can live with that, but then Tall is a measure of height, and Grande/Large is a measure of size... and Venti is a number?</p> <p>It just doesn't really make sense. Meanwhile, the small/medium/large distinction makes a lot of sense and is intuitive/well understood by all.
