Three days before Christmas instead of getting my dad's I got a boxed set of DVDs for the show 24. Ten minutes after it arrived my aunt (who constantly does this type of thing) called and said she decided we should all exchange gifts after we had agreed to just do a fun lunch together, the good news was she loved 24. Once was a package I never got. They refunded me my money and then it showed up weeks later. It's happened twice recently - I got an Amazon order before Christmas that included an extra book. It was about Italian soccer so I sent it back. Also happened with Sephora - the box had my name/address but the contents weren't mine and just happened to be $55 foundation (WTF?!). Now I have to call customer service and have them pay for shipping to send it back, which is a giant hassle. First world problems, I know. </p>
