We usually go to the box office to give us seats to another less crowded theatre. If not, we'll get a refund. Worst thing ever is sitting in the front and get a sore neck. As you can see, we take our movie going experience pretty seriously. haha. If I'm going to pay $10 a movie ticket, we might as well be comfortable.
