She's a baby &amp; that's what they do. They are thrilled for us to visit so I don't think it bothers them!</p> <p>By the way, I am talking about my in-laws. We live with my parents! I never feel bad for her bothering them either :) In the first few weeks my mom helped a lot, and she will still watch LO when I ask, but 95% of the time we go about our business separately &amp; deal with her crying or what have you in our own space of the house, without much concern for if they are bothered. When we arrived they had a 25-year old crib set up for our little one (we brought a travel crib). My MIL was insistent she stay in the room she set up for our daughter, which was no where near the guest room. LO was teething at the time and refused to sleep in that room, which was fine by me! During Christmas, DD had the worst-ever night's sleep, or I should say, she didn't sleep. She wasn't used to sleeping outside our home, was overstimulated by the day's events and the temperature was way too toasty for her. She pretty much melted down! It was mortifying! I felt bad because she woke up my dad (4am) who had an early morning Dr's appt!</p> <p>Vacation sleep kinda sucks. I hope tonight is better! </p>
