My almost 4 yr old loves to come and open the door to laugh at me tinkling. Hubby locks the door when he goes for 'time in the office' but she will go and knock endlessly and talk to
him and 'post him letters' under the door. Good luck with pooping in peace buddy!

I keep the door open when home alone with T and he usually just follows me in and strikes up a conversation. Haha

When DH is home he usually keeps him occupied so I can sneak away and shut the door!

Ha! Very rarely do I get to pee in peace at home anymore with a 15 month old, let alone shower! He'll stand outside and cry so I just leave the door open a crack so he can come/go.

what does your LO do?

I contain my one year old in the living room but my oldest either barges in and announces that SHE needs to go, RIGHT NOW.

or she sits outside the door reenacting Frozen (*knock knock* do you want to build a snowman? it doesn't have to be a snowman.. 'Go away, Anna!" ")

my husband just went in and locked the door and I sat here gleefully waiting...sure enough, she has to use the potty RIGHT NOW and has been banging down the door. "I have to go to the potty!! why are you in so long?! why you lock the door?!" haaaaaaa. he has no idea.
