I have been exhausted the past 10 months (since LO was born). I limit coffee to 1 or 1.5 cups a day and I work full time so no naps. We have a terrible sleeper.

Honestly? I am just used to feeling like a zombie. We are in New Orleans right now because I have a work conference and our flight was delayed by 4 hours (we didn't leave NYC till 10:30 pm, arrived in No at 1:30 and for to the hotel at 2 (3 am our time). LO was great and slept the whole flight, in the airport and taxi--- and ten woke up for the day at 6 am. So I slept 3.5 hours and am now working on a presentation.

And I feel super tired and yet-- normal for me these days! Sigh.

Caffeine and a work out or some fresh air. Sitting still makes it worse

@hilsy85: same :( I sleep very lightly and get woken up easily through out the night so I don't know if I've ever woken in the morning feeling refreshed. But there's always coffee and my toddler keeps me on my toes all day!

...what do you do? I am getting pretty decent sleep at night, but I must be waking up during a REM cycle or just have a lot of sleep debt. I keep nodding off!

What do you do when you wake up tired but are not able to go back to sleep or nap? Coffee? Get up and move around?
