Things that work to fix it for me:<br /> 1. Make sure that the shoes I am wearing have good arch support (no flip flops!)<br /> 2. Change my shoes if possible and don't wear the same shoes 2 days in a row<br /> 3. Use a golf ball to massage my feet in the morning and afternoons when I get home<br /> 4. They said it was from already having pretty flat feet and them spreading and flattening more, also weight distribution.
