But same time every day because it changes throughout the day. Once it goes low and firm I know I'm done being fertile. The month it went back up before af I knew I was ku...which is what I'm pregnant with now. But it rises differently for each woman after conception. You definitely need to know your cervix's pattern after ovulation. I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's because it's something actually physical, not just symptom I am making up in my head. Now that I can find it- I check multiple times a day. It's so easy to check in the restroom.
