<description>&#60;p&#62;Depends on the day and what times I've eaten.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I ate lunch and dinner super early on Monday and had a long workout at 730-9 ... I was energized, and had no appetite for snacks/4th meal, etc. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Sometimes I eat before working out and I'm still starving afterwards.

Not that I am a marathoner but we discovered a bunch of research when my husband was training for a marathon that said super intense workouts, like long training runs, are actually worse for weight loss because people wind up starving and eat their deficit.  Intense workouts are obviously not useless though because they help you build your strength and muscle mass.  The more muscle mass you have the more resting calories you burn.  So if you are trying to lose weight make sure you are carefully watching calories too.

<description>&#60;p&#62;YES omg. I noticed it last week, i was starving and had to add a couple hundred extra calories. I figured i burned off 700, i needed some fuel! I brought chicken as a snack yesterday and that helped!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep - the only time I have to work out is in the evenings right after work and then I feel like the rest of the night I'm constantly just picking at food. I just make sure we have no junk food so at least I'm just eating fruit or nuts instead of cookies or chips.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I worked out really hard this morning and now in the evening, I am absolutely ravenous.  It's pretty rare that I get this super hungry, and it usually happens after I've had a really tough workout. Wondering if it's just me though… or maybe I've just gotten good at rationalizing snacking after putting in the time at the gym!&#60;/p&#62;
