It's important! She'll wake when she's hungry. T slept for 4 hours in one stretch when he was sick. I would be ready to do a diaper change and nurse him really quick when he started to stir. Then he was ready to go back to sleep. My pedi said it's more effective at bringing down fevers, and it lasts longer. I occasionally use Tylenol for teething etc., but Motrin is my go-to for real illness or pain.</p> <p>And I definitely vote to let her snooze. She hasn't eaten much today, so I don't know if I should try to feed her or just let her sleep and wake when she's ready to eat. I don't want her to get dehydrated, but I also want her to catch up on sleep. </p>
