E goes back and forth between two naps a day and one so I'm thinking she's going to transition to just one here shortly. When she only takes one nap it's a good couple of hours long, and it's actually quite nice! I much prefer one long nap vs two shorter naps. I'm hoping it stays this way and doesn't drop back down to an hour! </p> <p>Did your LO's nap change in length once they were down to just one nap? </p>
