When he was younger and couldn't speak clearly, he called customer service at somewhere I don't remember (it was the last number we dialed) and started screaming babble to the person on the other line. I didn't realize until 30 seconds later that he was actually talking to a real person. He usually ends up calling people who just called us, or redialing people we just called. I try to hang up before the call goes through, but that's not always possible... urgh.
