She's 7 months now and most of the time will wake up cooing/chatting, but sometimes will still have a screaming fit. My LO wakes up so suddenly like he doesn't remember where he is and flips out! He'll cry really hard for a minute and then whimper until I get him. Sometimes I wonder if he's still tired and didn't sleep long enough? </p>
