We both started TTC about the same time. Luckily for her, she got pregnant on the first try. I'm still trying... 6 months later. I thought we had a bond... that our husbands are BFF, we both got married around the same time, started TTC the same time and whenever I get pregnant, our kids will hang out together. (The husbands are already planning family trips together.) Oh, we are about the same age, too. I thought we could get close but seeing how it's like pulling teeth to get any response from her, maybe she doesn't consider me close. Maybe being across the country is a big factor. I don't know. My former coworkers also liked getting monthly bump photos...they would text an email asking for updates. I remember when my best friend was pregnant I was so surprised seeing her baby bump grow and really looked forward to photos since she lived across the country and I only got to see her once when she was prego (at her shower)...so I understood why others wanted to see my belly grow. </p> <p>Maybe she is really self conscious about how she looks prego...some women just don't feel attractive no matter how adorable their baby bump is. I was hoping she would post a pic on Facebook. She hasn't yet. The DH went home and saw her. I asked him to take a pic of all three (well, 4) of them. He ended up not getting the pic because she wasn't picture ready. She told the DH that she would send monthly bump photos. Well, she hasn't. Maybe she wants to get more months along. She is 6 months pregnant now. I already feel like the annoying non pregnant friend that keep asking for pics. At this point, I've given up. Maybe she doesnt want to share pics. I mean if she doesnt want to post it on facebook for everyone to see, I get it.
