TMI: I had huge clots and heavy bleeding. I think the entire contents of my uterus came out on day 1. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Both have been crazy heavy, and I've always had cycles on the lighter side. </p> <p>Was yours lighter or heavier or the same after it returned? How long did it take to go back to normal? </p>
