My husband is NOT a big baby when he gets sick. He deals with it pretty well, actually. So, when he is sick or hurting, I try my best to go out of my way to do more for him than I normally would. I'll buy him his favorite "sick" drinks - Gatorade and make sure we have his favorite meds in house (liquid Nyquil). I'll even go out and get him something to eat if he wants it. Normally he doesn't ask me to do anything, though. DH acts like he is dying when he is sick whether it be the most recent illness..... HEARTBURN!! lol He makes me laugh.... I just won't let him do the dishes, which he does every night after we eat.
