I'm not even sure if I can sleep that late! I have never ever slept in except 1-2 times when I had a horrible migraine, but that's not even good sleep! I sleep early sometimes.. I usually get up at 830 (but we are on a really late schedule, my kids go to bed late, we go to bed late, [usually 1 am or so] etc.). At least not without having been up for hours in the night. I get up at 5:15 on weekdays, though, so 7 actually feels pretty decadent now. We stayed in a nice hotel alone for the first time together in 3 years. i slept 9 hours straight. My mom lives with us and her and Ev spend weekend mornings together. He usually comes in and cuddles with us a bit before, though, so it's not a proper sleep in (and being so pregnant my sleep was shite anyway). The last time without the toddler was late Oct, when we were out of town for my best friends wedding. I love my in-laws! They had the kids this week, so while we had to wake up early for our conference, we had no kid-related wake ups. I get to sleep in almost every weekend morning, since DH's routine is to get LO when she wakes up, carry her into our bedroom and lay her down next to me to nurse, then when she's done he takes her downstairs to hang out until her first nap. I pretty much only take the morning shift if DH is sick. DH and I had a date night that included a show and hotel stay. DS had his first sleepover with his grandparents. I slept in until 8 then laid in bed for another hour and a half drifting in and out. But while at my parents' house over the holidays, I'd wake up with DS bw 6-7:30, feed and change him, and then bring him into my parents around 7:30-8. Then I'd go back to bed for an hour or two. But really sleeping in? Before baby was born. Lol. DH sleeps in lots on the weekends. Now that DS is really into solid food, I think we will be switching that up a little. Lol!
