I liked the doctor but couldn't imagine going through the whole pregnancy with the problems I had with her office staff. They were constantly doing extra things without telling you and surprising you with a bill at the end. I switched dentist 3 times before finding one I like, and I've stuck with her for awhile now. I wasn't attached to them anyway and I LOVE my new dentist. Although, I really like going to the dentist in general. </p> <p>I switched GP's just over the summer because driving, again, to the other end of the city was unreasonable with an infant and my GP at the time was really shrugging off some of my more serious concerns, for me and my child and I had had enough. I didn't fire her, but I did just leave. I much prefer my new GP, at least for my son, so far. I used to work for a dental clinic though, and people switch all the time. You don't owe them an explanation, just start going somewhere else. But I've been annoyed with my dentist for a while now, and today's cleaning was the final straw. They do a good job with cleanings, but they just have no bedside manner.</p> <p>I used to go to an awesome dentist before when we lived in Manhattan, and mss her! Everyone was so friendly there. Dental cleanings are kind of a drag, so it makes a big difference when people are a little friendly!</p> <p>When's the last time you switched doctors or dentists? </p>
