I ended up doing my cards spread across 3 orders to maximize the coupons. I got 50 cards (with a few upgrades) for about $25. I consistently use Shutterfly because I've never had a problem and they always look good. This year, I sprung for the envelopes to be addressed too. I updated my address book perfectly, so that all I had to do was select the addresses.
