I personally would not want a wood veneer dresser. Ours is in gray-brown. We also have a Sundvik crib in the same color. I attached photos of the two pieces in the baby's room.</p> <p>Apparently T's dresser is the 3 drawer chest. It's the perfect height for a changing table. I think the 6 drawer chest might be too high for that. We've had the 8 drawer dresser in our bedroom for about three years. It's held up through a move and still works great. I would have preferred to get another 8 drawer one for the baby's room, but we are space constrained in there.</p> <p>Ikea furniture isn't fancy but we are not interested in buying expensive furniture right now. The white looks like their regular white stuff...more like the white stuff in the malm line. </p> <p>We bought the Birkeland bed from Ikea for her big kid bed and love it...it's a more finished look with molding. Unfortunately the line is not being renewed so the dressers are not available from that line on the west coast but they are available at some of the east coast stores.
