I'm pretty tall, so I wanted one that I could get up from smoothly. It was pretty pricey, but totally worth it. I really liked a little castle one. But I actually found the wooden frame kind with cushions was a lot more comfortable for me anyway, even if it's totally not as nice looking. We got one of the cheapest dutalier ones at bbb, with coupon (they only take 10% off for dutalier). Definitely expensive but we LOVE it. My husband is really tall (6'6") and we struggled to find something with a tall back that was still pretty. If I could do it again I would have gotten a cheaper crib but still gotten the expensive rocker. At 21 months we still spend some of our best moments reading, snuggling and singing in that chair and I don't see that changing any time soon. The whole ordering process was a debacle and I ended up getting a "loaner chair", then my chair in the wrong color, then the right chair finally....6 months after the birth of LO.
