We still go to the theater, but not as often. We definitely eat out less, and we never ate out much! I buy less stuff for myself, too--I have to really want something. We no longer go out to movies or bars for drinks with friends except on very rare occasion. We also eat out a lot less, although we still do plenty of take-out b/c we're too lazy to cook. We upped our budget in other areas though. We got rid of our lawn mowing service and DH just does it himself now.
