I want to say there's a special kind of shot for pregnant ladies (lacking some preservative?) but I might be making that up. When not pregnant I get them wherever - my work used to offer it so I would do it there. Or run to my pcp for it. Typically I just do the flu shot either at work (free), my husband's work (only $10), or at my annual PCP appointment, but the OB's office said they do a particular kind during pregnancy (preservative free) so I had it there for this year. Insurance covers it 100%.
