I am starting to think about nursery decor for LO#2 and have been browsing curtains at places like Marshall's, Home Goods, Target, etc. I'm not finding much selection, and it seems like $20-25 a panel is pretty average. That's not good enough! Also, if I have to spend that much, I want lots of options. Where can you buy fun-colored curtains and who has a really big selection? Where do broke people buy curtains? </p>
