I take the clothes out of the dryer one at a time and hang up hanging clothes in the laundry room. Then I take the basket to the island to fold. We have an open floor plan so I can watch tv - but if I'm standing I'm more likely to finish quicker. If I put them anywhere else I procrastinate and they sit in a basket for a week before I get around to it. If I put them on our bed they have to be dealt with before we go to bed. I really should just bring them upstairs to fold them, since I would be more likely to put them away right away!
