The pharmacist there was good about explaining the difference between the spray (bad! if pregnant) and the shot (we should get the preservative free as it's safest for pregnant ladies). Be sure to ask for the preservative free one because despite the fact that I was a very obvious 6 months pregnant, they STILL gave me the one with mercury. Awesome. I freaked out. I'll only go to my doc now. I asked my (new) pediatrician if they do flu shots for parents and they don't. Last time I went to costco they wouldn't give me one.
