When I buy new, it's usually from Old Navy, Target, or Carters, and I wait for sales. The "perks" of living on an Island. I can drive off island about 45 mins and hit a Target. So most is from the NEX and Target. I usually stick to Old Navy and Target, cheap and hold up nicely. I did get a few things from Children's Place and actually Walmart for the summer, they had cheap cotton shorts!
