I've gotten LO a couple pairs of leather (pleather) riding boots there and they have held up great and they seem better lined/constructed than some other cheap ones. </p> <p>I also like Nordstrom Rack for deals and Nordstrom if I'm shelling out for Uggs or something. But just fashion boots, I like the ones from Children's Place. </p> <p>Gap is so overrated, I think. They keep skating on their name, which isn't worth as much as it used to be. We have had something similar in years past for the older as well and they hold up well. I get the suede style every year and this is the first year that I've had a problem. We have the slouchy bootie style in wine and they only lasted one wear, I really need to return them! The taller boots we have in a dark grey and they have gotten a lot of wear already. The first are gap and were $40 and worn like twice and the bow fell apart and they are all loose and slouchy now. The second brown and the black are old navy. Hate the brown but love the black! The middle brown, silver and red are from old navy. They have held up so well! And the last are from Kmart. I think they were like $14.
