The other websites send you a tool for transferring and they send you some sampl/ test decal shapes. I don't want anything expensive. We have shutters that frame our windows outside, but they're just so plain so I would love to paint vines or flowers or something on them but there's no time for that, so I figure wall decals are the next best thing. Any ideas? </p>
