We have a 3 bedroom condo and NO space. So, I have lent out a lot of the stuff to friends with smaller babies who have more space. I expect they will return it eventually and I'll leave it at my parents until we have a bigger house.

We aren't to the point of really storing yet, but some things I'll definitely try to resell. I agree with @mrs. wagon, there will be newer things again later! Some things we'll keep though that were really expensive, such as the swing, or easy to store like the pack and plays.

We do have a basement but it's really, really humid so I don't store anything down there that doesn't fit into bins. We're trying to buy a home soon so I'm hoping for a dry basement!

If you live in or near a metropolitan area you might want to consider selling and rebuying used since new and better products might come out in the years you wait for your next LO!

We're wondering the same thing. Right now everything is taking over our guest room because we don't know where to put it. I think we're going to wrap it up in garbage bags and put it in the attic.

We live in a small apartment, so luckily my parents are going to store all the big stuff for us! Do you have an attic or rafters in a garage?

We have a small house and not a lot of storage. Some stuff I'm needing to store away are: swing, jumperoo, exersaucer, bouncer, nap nanny, rock and play but can't find a place for it and I want my living room back! Where do you store your baby gear at? Or are you getting rid of it?
