The smell of vomit almost always makes me vomit, even if I just have. I CAN flush the toilet and wash myself thoroughly afterwards without making myself puke more. I can't take out a bag of sick or clean up chunks without getting sick again. Also, squatting and leaning forward seems to be the most comfortable way to puke.
