If we have errands to run, or just plans in general, we try to wait until after nap time. He will fall asleep in the car occasionally but it's never for long anymore and he's still cranky when he wakes up. If I plan to be in the car longer than 30 minutes, I never go alone, and I pump during the beginning of the car ride so that I can feed him in the car. That will calm him down, and sometimes put him to sleep.<br /> Yeah, it is crazy!! She prefers to nap in her crib or pnp if we are out. She also hates napping in the car!!! So bizarre cause before she was born, I was told babies love napping in cars. I put him in wide awake (but know it's about time for him to sleep) and now he falls right asleep for naps! Not so much at night yet but looks like the night training at least helped with naps!
