Take pictures of the things that go in a certain bucket or place on the shelf, and tape the picture to where the items belong. It helps with clean-up, and also can help insure that if you are using buckets, or some other sort of storage where things aren't as easily visible, that they are not black holes. The child can identify what he is looking for using the picture, and find it more easily. Some of it stores well in the play kitchen but the rest I feel like is all over the place, especially stuff with little pieces (ie, melissa and doug pizza, sandwich set...)</p> <p>Where/how do you store and organize play food? </p>
