Have you looked at Oscha's website? They sell their woven wraps readily converted into ring slings, and they make a stellar product. There's also a WCRS album on The Babywearing Swap on Facebook. Sleeping Baby Productions is also great. Last i checked, she still had some slots available and she's very affordable.

I love my SBP WCRSs! There's a list on her page that tells you how much wrap you would need per size sling. Although, for your first WCRS I would suggest buying one off the swap. It will likely be broken in or well on it's way. I didn't love my Girasol after 18-19 lbs. it just wasn't as supportive as some of my others.

@Arden: thanks! I was thinking it would mainly be for quick up/downs and shopping trips.

I also love Tulas!

How long is the waiting list to get a mei tei?

I found a place in the UK that sells that herringbone girasol ring sling. Hmmmm....

@QBbride: I think you can. My DD is 13 months and I still can use a ring sling with her, it's just not comfortable for quite as long because the weight is all on one shoulder. I'm currently on a waiting list to have a woven wrap converted into a mai tai because I know those are comfortable for bigger babies and still easy and pretty. :)

@Arden: thanks! Pax baby doesn't have any right now :( how long of a wrap should I look for if I want SBP to make me a conversion?

@fussygal: conversions are soo pretty! I have a girasol woven wrap right now but it's so long (size 6) and it's too overwhelming. I much prefer my ergo but I think a RS would be really easy/convenient.

I'm loving this girasol right now:

@Arden: sorry, one more question! My babe is 11m, almost 21 lbs. Will I be able to use it for long? (I will use it for a second baby eventually)

Following! I've been wanting to get a pretty RS for a few weeks and the conversions seem to be the prettiest :)

You can find them on the babywearing swap on facebook, but I think paxbaby has girasol ring slings too! Or, you can buy a wrap and have it converted by someone like Sleeping Baby Productions.

Hi ladies,
I'm dying for a wrap conversion ring sling (probably a girasol). Where is the best website to buy?

Thanks
