It's a pain to pull one the pjs aside and the nursing bra down or vice versa. I just wear my pre-preg pjs (pants/short + tee/tank) with a sleep bra or a nursing tank. I'll also wear a too big v neck t shirt from Old Navy where I can just pull it to the side when needing to nurse. Just unbuttoned when it was time to nurse. I actually had trouble with some of my true nursing pj's, like the ones from Motherhood or Japanese Weekends. They were all pull aside style, but I also liked to wear a sleep nursing bra, and that was also pull aside. DH called them my granny pj's. I was quite happy to retire them when we were down to one night waking.
