My local Walmart has rain boots in stock, but they aren't in the shoe department. Same with Target. They're more expensive than some other brands, but they fit his wide feet, are nice and flexible, and have a minimal sole. We live in Seattle, so he wears them pretty much everyday except in the summer. I'm kind of bummed we have a few future sizes stocked in LO's closet, only because she cannot take them off by herself. They fit pretty snugly around her ankles.
