They tend to run small. We trained at 27 months when LO was in 2t pants and ended up with the 4t undies from target because they fit the best. She fit into the 2T-3T underwear just fine (old navy, target/disney, and gymboree). A bit loose but definitely not falling off her or anything. However, she's very petite for her age (32" tall, 24 lbs., wears 18 month pants) and I'm worried that the 2T/3T panties I see at Target/Gymboree/Old Navy are going to be too big for her. Is there anywhere that sells smaller sizes? </p>
